Tabling M-47: My Private Members Motion regarding Long Term Care

I had the honour and privilege of tabling M-47: my Private Members Motion that calls for improvements to long-term care in Canada and the creation of a Safe Long-Term Care Act.

I would like to thank Jean Yip for being my seconder to this motion, and to my colleagues, and constituents who helped get this motion to the floor of the House of Commons.

I'm thrilled by the support from colleagues from the NDP, Conservative Party and Green Party and look forward to the vote on this motion in June.
