This program sends up to $2000 to families with lower incomes who want to save for their child’s education.
This money will help pay the cost of a child’s full-time, or part-time post-secondary education whether they attend:
trade school
apprenticeship programs
college
university
CEGEPs
To qualify, families who are eligible can open a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP).
The best part, no personal contributions are required to receive support from the federal government!
