Our Liberal government announced today that we are extending the repayment deadlines for the Canada Emergency Businesses Account (CEBA) and Regional Relief, and Recovery Fund to the end of 2023 for eligible businesses.

 

With the recent surge of omicron in Newfoundland and Labrador, we recognize that many small businesses continue to need support and flexibility.

 

This is in addition to the extension of the Canada Recovery Hiring Program, the expansion of the Local Lockdown Program and the Canada Worker Lockdown Benefit, and the launch of the new Tourism and Hospitality Recovery Program and the Hardest-Hit Business Recovery Program.

 

We will continue to be there to support our small businesses and entrepreneurs in Avalon through this COVID-19 pandemic for as long as it takes.
