Investing in the Town of Paradise

It was my pleasure to announce an investment of more than $2 million to help with two water and wastewater projects in the Town of Paradise on behalf of the Honourable Catherine McKennna, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities.
All communities in Newfoundland and Labrador need reliable access to clean, potable water, and efficient wastewater services. These projects will see that residents on Ashgrove Drive, and Willow Drive will benefit from new water systems and storm sewer mains. Our investment will also help enhance the much needed work on lift station # 10 at the corner of St. Thomas Line and Topsail Road, Paradise.
The Town of Paradise also received more than $1.2 million through the Safe Restart Agreement, a fund shared 50/50 between the Federal and Provincial Government that will help communities restart their municipal services and boost local economies.
